Mission Statement

The mission of BIN HAIDAR Spare Parts L.L.C is to be a single point of contact to any customer for all their spare part requirements based on a relationship of trust, transparency and service excellence.

The Total Quality Management policy of the company:

  • Consistently provide products and service that meet the requirements of customers, and;
  • Actively advance the state-of-art of products, systems and services that meet the emerging expectations of customers in the growing competitive environment.

In the first part, the policy refers to the “requirements” of the customers. Requirements refer to quality in all aspects including appearance and performance, such as reliability, availability, serviceability and trouble free functioning of the products, and systems at the user’s end.

 “Consistently provide products and service” would mean not only the “right” products and services first time, but also make them available “right” at all time to customers as per their requirements.

“Meet the requirements” would imply that the products and services would have to be “defect-free” or highly reliable and stable. It would also include, making available the product(s), service(s), spares, etc as per committed schedules and estimates.

In the second part of the policy, the implication is for the company to keep abreast of the competitor’s products and technology. The development thrust includes:

  • Foreseeing the market trend;
  • Undertaking supply exercises to fulfill the expressly stated or implied needs of our customer;
  • Create newer cost-effective market leadership and deliver best products;
  • Well researched (customized) product or service advancement for customers.

The two parts of the policy firmly implemented would virtually guarantee customer satisfaction which is the primary goal of BIN HAIDAR Spare Parts L.L.C. Quality, continual improvement and customer satisfaction are the personal responsibility of the management and its employees.
